Where your continuous hard work pays off.

At the Intermediate/Advanced level, it is expected that you have attended regular or participated in regular Pilates practice for more than six to twelve months.

You are all too familiar with the Pilates breath and don’t even think about connecting your breath to your core, or connecting your transverse - as it happens automatically.

Your repertoire of exercises has increased and so has your reps. You move from one exercise to the next effortlessly.

Small props like Pilates balls, hand weights, bands, and Pilates Circles are used to challenge your balance, provide aid where needed, and also strengthen your core.

The class starts with a warm up mobilising and stretching the neck, shoulders, back and hips.

The Pilates exercises you practice are the 34 Classic Pilates exercises:

  1. The hundred

  2. Roll Up

  3. Roll Over

  4. One Leg Circles

  5. Rolling Back

  6. One Leg Stretch

InHouse Pilates Booking a class instructions.

“Definitely the best Pilates teacher I’ve had. With my flexibility no one else has ever picked up on the subtle differences in how I perform Pilates move. Until Charmaine picked it. Even I didn’t know I wasn’t doing it right. This has made such a difference to how I feel as I’m now not straining muscles that shouldn’t be used I’m only using my core. This has improved my strength and reduced my neck and back pain. I’m in pain if I miss my Pilates classes.

Charmaine is devoted to making sure her students get the most out of Pilates and pays particular attention to individual needs. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
