3 Ways to get started.
Basic Mat
If you have ever wanted to start Pilates but never have had the opportunity, then this is a class for you.
In this foundation class you will learn the basic lingo of Pilates throughout the exercises in a simple and uncomplicated way, that will leave you feeling invigorated and a feeling of satisfaction knowing that you found your deep muscles.
Beginner’s Mat
Once you have attended the Basic Mat classes consistently over 3-6 months, it’s time to move to our Beginners Mat classes.
Or maybe you have attended a couple of classes in the past, and it is time to get a refresh.
Intermediate/Advanced mat
This class is for those who have been practicing Pilates for some time and are experienced with the advanced exercises and can flow through the exercises without stopping, while maintaining proper form and core connection.
